Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services, book appointments, and contact us. Please don’t misuse it: no submitting false information, interfering with how the site works, or trying to access systems or data you’re not allowed to.
Appointments
Booking online requests a drop-off time. We’ll confirm your appointment, and we may contact you to reschedule if needed.
No payment is required to book.

Estimates and repairs
Prices, price ranges, and repair examples on the site are general information, not quotes. Every vehicle is different.
We inspect your vehicle and give you an estimate before doing any work. We will not perform repairs you haven’t approved.
If we find something new during the job that changes the cost, we’ll contact you for approval before going further.
All repair work is handled under the written estimate and repair order you approve at the shop, as required by Washington law. Those documents control if they differ from anything on the site.
Warranty
Qualifying repairs are covered by the warranty described on your invoice, currently the NAPA nationwide warranty of 24 months or 24,000 miles. Warranty terms, exclusions, and claim steps are set out on your invoice and the NAPA warranty program.
Text messages and email
If you give us your phone number or email, you agree that we may contact you about your appointment, your vehicle, or your request, and send occasional service reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Use the unsubscribe link to stop marketing emails. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Content on the site
The text, photos, logos, and design of the site belong to Totem Lake Auto Care or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
